Why we started Evermile

Evermile was founded in 2022, with a clear mission in mind: to help local businesses overcome the complexity and cost of local delivery.


Small businesses are the backbone of the economy, accounting for over 95% of all businesses and representing 50% of global GDP. There are more than 32M small businesses in the EU and over 5.5M in the UK itself.


These businesses, however, are at a disadvantage, especially now that delivery has become essential to every type of small business. Many owner/operator-led SMBs have limited time, manpower, commercial leverage, or logistical expertise. They are unable to offer the flexibility and delivery experience consumers crave and find themselves ill-equipped to compete with big retail brands and eCommerce giants. The current delivery options available to small businesses are simply not built to meet their needs.

Our optimization engine matches merchants to the right delivery partner for each task, instantly analyzing order preferences and constraints, including locations, distance to delivery, the type of goods, and the customer's preferred timescale to receive their purchases, ranging from on-demand, next day to custom or scheduled dates.


We are thrilled to have already partnered with over 300 local merchants across the UK, and we are energized by the impact we bring to their businesses every day. Our solution has helped many small businesses increase revenue, grow their customer base, and stay competitive in an increasingly challenging marketplace.
