Tide Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Tide Platform Ltd (“Tide”)  and Evermile U.K. Limited ("Evermile") offer one year of free transfers on the Tide members account and three months of Free subscription to Evermile Essential Tier (“Rewards”) to all applicants who meet the Eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2 below (the “Offer”). The Offer is subject to these terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”).
 

2. Eligibility criteria:

2.1.          Complete the sign-up process using the Promo Code (as defined below in clause 3).

 

2.2.          Download the Tide app and follow the steps to complete checks (“KYC”) and successfully open an account on or after 01/12/2023 (“Offer Period”). Tide reserves its right to open a Tide Account for you only after you have passed our KYC checks as per the Tide Terms. Tide shall not be required to provide any reason or be held responsible that any applicant has not been approved for a Tide account by the closing date of the Offer.

 

2.3.          Successfully fund your Tide account with a minimum of £100.00 within 30 days of opening the account, excluding any disputes and recharges.

 

2.4.          Hold an active Tide membership and be compliant with all applicable standard terms and conditions for Tide accounts (“Tide Terms”) until receiving the relevant Reward under this Offer.

3.    The applicant is required to enter the promo code “EVERMILE” (“Promo Code”); 


3.1.    While signing up for a Tide business bank account during the Offer Period on https://web.tide.co/sign-up/, or
 

3.2.    While signing up via the app, or
 

3.3.    Retrospectively, the Promo Code can be applied within the app’s ‘More menu’ within 1 week of opening their account, or
 

3.4.    By letting us know through the in-app chat within 1 week of opening their account.

4.    Rewards

4.1.          For each applicant who has successfully opened a Tide account by meeting the Eligibility criteria under clauses 2.1), 2.2) and 2.4), one year of free transfers to any UK accounts will be applied to the new Tide account; The free transfer Reward will be applied and take effect from the second billing cycle onwards for a 12-month period.

4.2.          In addition, each applicant who meets the Eligibility criteria under clause 2.3) above in addition to clauses 2.1), 2.2) and 2.4), a three-month Free subscription to Evermile Essential Tier Reward will be issued to the member by Evermile;

4.3.          It can take up to 8-10 weeks after you have met the Eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2 for the steps under the Eligibility criteria to be validated and the relevant Rewards to be applied.
 

​5. Other

5.1.          This Offer applies only to new Tide members who are opening a Tide account for the first time. No existing Tide members will be eligible for this Offer.

5.2.          For current subscribers to an Evermile Membership Tier, the promotional discount will be applied at the end of the existing membership term. This Offer will become effective in the calendar month following the confirmation of acceptance by Tide and is not combinable with other Evermile offers or promotions.

5.3.          Participation in this Offer is restricted to one (1) per Tide account.

5.4.          We encourage participants to check these Terms regularly as we reserve the right to amend the Terms and to withdraw referral schemes, competitions and promotions at any time. Your continued use of our services shall constitute your acceptance of any such amendments.

5.5.          An applicant must use the Offer as intended by Tide and must not use the Promo Code as a means to generate income or business.

5.6.          We reserve the right to reverse any cashback Reward you receive during this Offer if (i) the Reward was earned fraudulently, (ii) it is found that you have breached the Terms or the Tide Terms in relation to holding a Tide account, or (iii) a technical error has occurred when applying the Reward.

 

5.7.          If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Offer (such as for example attempting to deliberately mislead Tide Member Support to gain the Reward) we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances.

 

5.8.          Tide gives no warranty of any kind nor accepts any liability whatsoever in connection with this Offer or other services/products or your use of it.
